The crash happened near the intersection with Tuscarora Mountain Drive in Schuylkill Township, Schuylkill County, around 9:30 a.m., said Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.

Brian P. Dahm of Brockton was headed south when his car lost control and hit the rail before rolling over, the coroner said.

The 81-year-old was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest where he died from multiple traumatic injuries around 2:30 p.m.

The manner of death was accidental, Buglio said.

The crash remains under investigation by state troopers in Frackville.

Brian was a lifetime member of the Keystone Fish & Hunt Club, according to the organization.

He will be dearly missed by his daughter Mary Ann Dahm-Baddick.
